Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is one case.
Are products sold by the case?
Yes. All products are sold in cases containing 24 bags of nuts. We also offer 30 lb cases of bulk pecans.
Who handles distribution to supporters?
Your organization is responsible for distributing products to its supporters. All orders are shipped directly to the organization for local distribution.
What are the shipping and return terms?
Shipping is free within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to a $36 shipping fee per case.
Orders of 20 or more cases ship free via motor freight. Liftgate service and inside delivery are available for an additional $15 each, if required.
Because our products are food items, all sales are final and products cannot be returned. Please order accordingly and freeze products until needed to maintain freshness. Any order discrepancies must be reported within three business days of delivery.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Once an order has been processed for shipping, Stuckey’s cannot be held responsible for requested changes.
How are taxes handled?
Georgia residents are subject to a 4% sales tax. No sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside Georgia.
